How $KITTY will be distributed on MATIC:

At the beginning of every epoch, if the time weighted average price (TWAP) of $KITTY is greater than 1.01, new $KITTY will be minted in the Nursery.

The amount of new $KITTY distributed depends on the current circulating supply of $KITTY.
